Quality Assurance with Irish Times Training

Irish Times Training (ITT) has been in the professional development and education business for over 40 years, and we strive to maintain the highest standard of training and education across all of our courses. Our objective is to ensure that you leave an Irish Times Training course or programme with the knowledge, skills and confidence to progress your career and have a solid foundation on which to build and continue to grow your potential.

Irish Times Training is a QQI accredited provider, and we successfully re-engaged with QQI in 2020, having demonstrated that our Quality Assurance System delivers the required standards.

We have a dedicated Quality Officer who is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving QA processes and procedures as programmes and learning evolve, and works with all departments within Irish Times Training to ensure that the correct procedures are implemented and reviewed.

See here for full details of our policies in our QA Manual.

And our QQI QA Approval Report can be found here.

Learner Handbook

The Learner Handbook outlines our commitment to delivering quality training, and also details the responsibilities of the learner in regards to engagement with studies and attendance. Procedures for assessment, appeals, additional support, absences and communication with the Irish Times Training team are also documented.

This handbook explains and signposts all relevant information that a learner may require whilst enrolled on an Irish Times Training programme.

And if you have any other questions relating to our Quality Assurance policies or procedures, please don't hesitate to contact us at courses@irishtimes.com.
